Memorial Day Weekend....

Here's a few picture of what we have been up to this weekend already! :) Our weekend started off Wednesday afternoon when "Na-Na" came up (my mom) to go with us to the ultrasound on Thursday morning!!! Then on Friday my dad came up. We have just been relaxing and hanging out. Going to the beach, friends houses with their kiddie pools. Then today we are going to a cookout! I can't wait to see everyone in one place! It should be a lot of fun, friends, family, and of course the hot hot sunshine!! I don't know what the weather is like there for you but here in Annapolis, MD it's HOT! Suppose to be in the 90's today!!!

Here is me and my girl on Wednesday watching the blue angles or mini blue angles b/c from where we live (across the water from Annapolis) we didn't see them really well but we enjoyed the sand, eating it, wearing it, burying ourselves in it, and bringing most of it home with us!!!! She looks like a little sand crab!



Her papa decided to make her, her very own sand seat! She loved it! She would just crack up when you buried her toes and feet!!! She's such a hoot! She would wiggle them till they popped up! lol She didn't really notice the water till papa walked down there and she followed him! It was a little chilly but she did not mind!



Later on in the evening we filled up the baby pool and she climbed on in!!! She got thirsty and I guess I was not on top of things so she decided to get some water from the water hose! She liked to climb in and out of the pool and toss her toys in and throw them out!


Hey guys are you getting in or what?!?! She just looks so big to me now! I don't know where my baby went! She's SO INDEPENDENT and rarely wants us to help her with things! (NO IDEA where she gets that from..haha) But she's a complete sweetheart and reaches up and wants us to hold her hand when walking and will just cover us in kisses! Melts my heart!!

21 weeks!

Today I had my 21 week ultrasound, where if we had wanted to know the sex we would have been able to find out!! The lab tech said she knew what it was but we didn't even notice when she moved it around and was able to see it the sex.haha!

Remi was out of town and these appointments are 1 in a 1000 to get so we just kept the appointment and my mom came up and went with me!! She had not been since she had my brother 22 years ago! Man they have come a long way!!!! It was pretty awesome! I love hearing the heartbeat! It was nice and strong in the 140's and the baby weights 15 ozs almost 1 lb!! :) The growth is right on target and the baby has 2 hands and 2 feet and all the parts look perfect!!

We had 3 or 4 pictures and one of them was a 3d and again it was creepy looking! The baby is too tiny and fraile looking for it to look like a baby! Hannah enjoyed looking at her baby brother or sister she's trying to say the word "baby" it's just babble now!

Afterwards we ran a bunch of errands and Hannah fell asleep in the car we came home relaxed and had more naps then headed to a friends house and had a blast in their backyard watching the kiddies play in the baby pool!!! Hannah's been asleep for almost 2 hours now and I'm worn out!!! A very fun and exciting day!!!

Wow what a week and it's on Tuesday!!! I thought I was starting to get my energy back but somehow this week it's gone!!! Maybe the warmer temps? I don't know. But I'm 21 weeks and I'm feeling it. Tummy getting bigger, increased appetite, the tighten in the tummy, I'm not complaining at all but it's all becoming more real that I'm preggo getting big and I couldn't be more excited!!!

We have been busy, doctor appointments, grocery shopping, dinner with friends, story times, wow now that I'm writing it, it does not seem like that much but man I feel like it is!!! Tomorrow we are going to see the blue angles perform! I can't wait!!! It's the Naval Academy's Graduation and every year they do a show a few days before! I hope Hannah will enjoy the show and not be afraid of the noise! But she's pretty loud so I don't think it will be a problem!!! haha! :)

My parents are coming up tomorrow thru the weekend and I can't wait!! I have an ultrasound appointment Thursday am since Remi is away they will be coming with me!!! It IS "the appointment" BUT we won't be finding out the sex just like last time with Hannah, we want the surprise to be when she/he arrives!!!! So we will just be checking on the little one seeng how the baby is growing!!!! Soooo exciting!!!

Hurricane Hannah

Recently I feel like our house has been taken over by a Hurricane named Hannah! She's into EVERYTHING and does not STOP! I wonder sometimes how she will nap or go to bed because she shows no signs of slowing down but I think as soon as she hits her crib she crashes. I usually don't even hear a peep out of her!

Here she is this morning pulling out all her shampoo's and soaps. Usually it's the towel basket in front she LOVES to pull out the hand puppets. She's a good helper when it comes to picking her toys up though! BIG SURPRISE b/c her daddy is not like that!! haha!

Girls Weekend 2010!

Friday was also my BFF's birthday! Since it was a special weekend we decided to pack up and go away for the weekend! We went to Massanutten!! Hit the water park there like everyday! Hannah had a blast!!!!! Remi was out of town and Sarah was another year older so no need to sit around and mope! It was an AMAZING weekend!!! My parents came up Sunday and are staying a few days themselves but we went up Friday-Sunday night! That place is awesome! Skiing in the winter, snowboarding, tubing, indoor/outdoor waterpark, pools, kayaking, golf, ok get the picture because I could keep going on and on!! It was pretty fun!

This girl is a trip! She thougth it was a water fountain! She tried to drink the water!! Of course we encouraged it but ONLY for pictures purposes! haha :0) The lifeguard was cracking up at us!


She was NOT scared of anything! This was on the lazy river, a little timid at first but it was indoors so LOUD and a lot of people and a lot to take it, water spraying from every direction!! She laughed, smiled, the entire weekend!!!

5 years!

Ok, let's back up here and start with on Friday was OUR 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!! WooHoo!! Wow how time flies! It was been wonderful and I can't believe it's been 5 years since we tied the knot in the Outer Banks at the Currituck Lighthouse in Corolla, NC! It's been an amazing ride and I can't believe how our love has grown, we have a 14 month old happy wonderful little girl Hannah and one on the way! (almost 20 weeks along!) ahh!!!

We have come a long ways from then! We rented a dinky townhouse got a african gray parrot, then bought a lovely little townhouse got a dog, and outgrew that place sold it and bought a single family house added a baby to the mix and decided what the heck let's have another! :) Life is an adventure so enjoy the ride!

I'm not much of a romantic person, could care less about flowers, candles, chocolates, etc......but everynow and then I get attached to a song and just bawl my eyes out. This is that song now! Climber on the loose!

Hannah has become quite the monkey around the house! She's into E V E R Y T H I N G!!! Today she threw her sippy cup and a ball into the toilet and tried to flush it! Talk about watching my every move!!!! I'm sure she sees me going to the bathroom then flushing the toilet! She's VERY observant!!

She's talking up a storm, she babbles on and on all day!! She tries to repeat everything I say, I don't think she has said anything new, still, dada, daddy, up, thank you, hereyago, Hi, she GIVES kisses! I LOVE it! I say give me a kiss and she does! It's AMAZING!!! I love watching her grow up and it's happening so quick!!!! Here's a picture of her climbing on top of a truck to get on top of the music table! She's a trip!

Pool days.....

This past weekend Hannah and I packed up and headed to Richmond for my friend's birthday dinner and for Mother's Day!!! It was a great weekend and Saturday was BEAUTIFUL! We got our suites on and headed outside for some vitamin D!!!! Yippie!!! Hannah didn't even really bother the pool, we put our feet in and Hannah dipped her feet in. She sat and enjoyed sitting in her chair and just walking around the yard playing with the dogs!! :) I can't wait to get in her in the pool this year! She's going to be so much fun and will love the water!!!

I hope everyone had a great weekend with their Mom and if your a mom that you had a great Mother's Day! I had a great day with my little one! She makes my life complete, She greets me every morning with a smile, gives me kisses all the time and loves her mommy and I'm just over the moon about her!!! It's amazing how much she makes me happy and I can't wait to watch her grow up and become a BIG SISTER!!

Driving Miss H....

Here is the cutest picture I've gotten of Hannah in a long time! She's on the move so much it's hard to get a snap b/c she's onto something else!!! She climbed into the car all on her own! I have a Ford Escape so it's a foot ledge then you climb into the car and she did it all on her OWN! Big girl! She climbed right into the drivers seat grabbed the steering wheel and if you look closely it looks like she has her tongue hanging out (like daddy does when he's concentrating) haha to cute!

She's talking a lot more now, daddy, up, more, uh oh, dank you (thank you), hereyougo (all one word) and can kinda say uh oh sketti o's!!!! I love it! I will say something to her and she will babble it back!! I love it!

BIG NEWS! She likes to be cuddled now!!! When she was little of course but once she started moving she wasn't having it! Plus we never let her sleep with us she was always in her crib so she's use to falling asleep on her own! But now in the mornings I bring her back to bed with me and we sunggle and give kisses before we start our day! Best thing about waking up! :)

I'm 18 weeks and 2 days and FINALLY starting to feel better! Thank goodness! I had really really bad allergies this season then got a stomach bug took that me for a few days, headaches and just the normal nauseaous and morning sickness. Ohwell such as life though right!?! I'm still really tired and taking it easy esp with the heat! We had NO spring, winter, RAIN, RAIN AND MORE RAIN then SUMMER!!! No breeze just hot and humid! Bring on the beach and the pool!!!

Well we are back to where we were a few months ago, no desktop and not able to upload any pictures!!!!! Booooo!!!!!! I'm lost b/c I'm finally feeling a "little" better and I want to upload pictures and blog about them!!!

Well what have we been up to lately?? Let's see this weekend I had my bff Sarah visiting and on Friday we went to the Zoo in DC, it was a great time and really hot and crowded but all worth it!!! Hannah was amazing and loved seeing all the animals and walking around and taking it all in! She's such a blast!!! On Saturday that was our shopping day!!!! We hit the mall and I got my "to do list" checked off! I can't wait for my shoes from Clarks to come in! They are my preggo purchase for my hurting feet. I'm always sporting my rainbow flipflops and I figured that as my belly grows and feet hurt more and more I needed a more comfy pair of shoes so I bought them! What else?!!? Not much laid low had dinner and watched movies....all in all a great weekend with the my favorite girls!!!!

We are so busy the next few weekend I get exhausted just thinking about it!! This weekend (all events are in RVA, Richmond, VA) is my friends Sarah and Pui's Birthday celebrations!!! I will be joining them for dinner only no bar hopping here!! haha Then Sunday is MOTHER'S DAY!! My second one and my second baby on the way!!! Woohoo!!!! I don't want anything but a nice relaxing day and a massage!!! AND the following weekend is once again GIRL'S WEEKEND!! Its our 5 year anniversary and Sarah's actual birhtday so we are having our own pitty party sine Remi's away and she's turning a year older so we are packing our bags and going away!!!
Then the next weekend my mom, my brother's girlfriend and me will be in Va beach seeing Brad Paisley and Darris Rucker it's the first of the summer country concert kickoff!!!! I'm really psyched!!! Busy busy busy but all FUN!!!
