Roll Roll Roll Hannah.....

WE HAVE A ROLLER!!!!! Hannah rolled over again and again on Monday!!! Since then I have been trying to get a video of it and I've got nothing!!! Whenever the camera is out and ready she is not willing!!!! But she does put on a good show of pretending and making screeching noises!!!!! Now that she can roll over, I'm a little freaked out. Next it's crawling, then pulling up and WALKING!! ahhh!!! We just need a padded room for her to play in!! She has not rolled over in her crib yet...thank god since she can't really get from her belly to her tummy yet. I think she can but she seems to realize she's on the tummy and gets frustrated. But when on her tummy she holds her pretty head up really high and gets on her elbows and sticks those arms out like she's superwomen!!!!

So enjoy this of her now and hopefully today I will have the camera ready when she decides to roll over! She's getting to be such a big girl!!!

Changes....

So while we were in Richmond, my mom and I decided to start Hannah on the rice cereal. Since I could not nurse I wanted to her have something else instead of just formula. She did great with it!!! She made a mess everytime she would sneeze and start giggling! It was fun to watch her try something new!!! Her little tongue get's going and it's either staying in or coming back out!


I also put her in the pool for the "real" first time. We have been to the baby pool and I've dipped her feet in and let her kick but this time we blew the float up that my parents got her and put her in it! She loved it!!! She stayed in the float for like 30 mins then got a little fussy and I just held her and walked around the pool and played with her! It worked out great!





We had a great time in the pool, I can't wait to do it again! Too bad I left the float at my parents.....guess that means I will have to go back soon! :)

SIck Momma

Hey, sorry all for the delay. We packed up Wednesday and headed to Richmond for a day there then Thursday we were off to a girls weekend but that didn't end up happening!! Thursday morning I got sick and had bad pains on the right side of my back. So after a while of trying to take meds and rest it was out of control so I ended up in the ER!!! I had kidney stones and they were painful!!! After lots of drugs and fluids I went home to wait and wait......it was a long and painful 6 DAYS before it passed!!!! I finally feel like myself again! The meds made me loopy and dizzy so I was sooooooooooooo thankful I was in Richmond when it happened. I had a lot of help from my family and friends! Thank you to all!

Hannah took to the bottle and formula right away so that was AMAZING! She now takes cereal in the am (will post pics when I get back to MD) and loves it! Today she opened her mouth right away and didn't spit anyout, but by the end she's messy!! haha! So with the meds I had to "pump and dump" so I did just that to keep my supply up. Now I'm off the meds so I'm nursing again and doing cereal and bottle. Not all 3 all the time! I will see what works out best. But it's great to know that I can leave her with a sitter and she will take the bottle just fine!!! She was such a trooper this week! I couldn't ask for a better baby!!! I love you Hannah!

SoOoo BIG!

Today we had Hannah's 4 month appointment, and she was a show off to the extreme! She was soooo happy and full of giggles!! She let everyone know she was there by talking and cooing to anything and anyone that would pay attention to her!! She's such a ham!! So as of now she weights 13 pounds 2.5 ounces and is 24 3/4 inches long!!!! Almost at 25 inches!!! She got her next set of shots 4!!!!! Poor baby! Grandma held her during them and then I cuddled her afterward, this time she cried real tears!! Poor baby girl!! Then she was fine!



Right now Remi's parents are in town visiting, so last night we downtown to Annapolis and had a delicious dinner at Pusser's and watched all the boats go by. Then we just walked around sightseed and got icecream and once again then entire time, Hannah was sitting in her stroller just talking and looking at everything. Then Grandma and GeeGee with Hannah! She loves wearing her hat and looks adorable in it!!! Even though she wasn't looking at the camera!!! We had a great time walking around and I really enjoyed the company!! Tomorrow we are all headed back to Richmond, then Thursday I'm off to Massanutten with some of my girlfriends and Hannah for the weekend!! I can't wait for a few days of fun in the sun!!!!! (and a few babysitters! haha) Hope everyone is having a great week!!!

Jump Jump Around

So while I was in Richmond, my mom and I went out and I found this for Hannah. She's moving a lot more and holds her head up so I figured why not?! Let's give it a try. These things have been around for a while! She enjoyed it for a little bit, it was getting close to her nap time so she was really tired. It only fits in our upstairs bathroom but that's ok, she can play in it while I put away laundry in our rooms!! haha! Have a great Sunday!!

4 month photo!

She's becoming such a big girl! She loves to pull up then pull up more so she's standing up and she just locks her knees and looks around at everything!!!



This a bear Remi sent me when I was sick, and he was gone and left bad :) I love my hubby! Sometimes Teddy (our dog) thinks it's a big giant toy for him!! haha The shirt says "you make me smile" awww

4th of July!

We did a little party hopping on the 4th, we went to visit a friend earlier in the morning, my nana's sister was in the hospital, (she had fallen, don't worry I did not take my baby to visit someone who was sick) Mary was so happy to see Hannah, again she didn't care we were there she wanted Hannah to sit with her in the bed and visit! Of course Hannah put on a show and was all squealing and happy as she could be! :) So that really lifted Mary's spirits! Then we went to Meadow Farms to visit Remi's parents, they do a civil war reanactment and they dress up and work. Then we were off to at friend of my mom's cookout, it was finally nice to go somewhere for a change instead of having everyone over the house. We came when we wanted and left when we wanted to or when Hannah said it was time to leave!!! haha

This is the CUTEST picture of her frowny face thus far!!! Do you think she wanted that blue cupcake or what!!? It was such a quick snapshot that I didn't think I got it till I uploaded the picutres! Chloe was like umm Hannah wants my cupcake and probably thinking of letting her lick the icing.......silly girl!!!

(only peepee) Of course Hannah has her hand in her mouth, her signature look now. I keep wondering if she's going to start teething soon...please wait another month or so! I'm not ready for that!!!!



Now I'm getting more current, I put her in the swing for a bit so I could get some cleaning done and I popped my head in the room to check on her, because she has been quiet for a few minutes and this is how I found her! Oh she just melts my heart!! :)



Now bath time is getting to be a challenge.....ever since she found her feet they go up and she plays with them!!! This week if she's on her back the feet go in her mouth!!! I'm so thankful I'm able to stay home with her and catch every minute of every milestone she hits. It's hard some days with Remi's crazy busy job but I manage!!! It helps of course that she's the best baby EVER!!!!!! I love you so much Hannah Elise!

Catching up

Ahh once again I'm playing catch up on what seems like everything! We are either just hanging out at home taking walks not doing much or busy busy busy!!! Such as life right?!?

So Hannah is now 4 months old (wow really?!!) and just a huge bundle of joy! She laughs the best laugh I've ever heard, she coos and babbles to herself and will "talk" to you if you babble back....ahh so cute! She rolls back and forwards but not rolling over yet! (almost there) umm.....sleeping is great 8ish till about 7:30-8am sometimes (more recently) she wakes up at 4am chows down then right back to Zzzzzz so I can't complain!!! Although I'm still nursing and that does take a toll on me, I can't pump and feed so she doesnt get the bottle much. We have a squealer on our hands, all the sudden she lets that voice loose and watch out! It's cute now but probably won't be when she's having a hissy fit!!! (but she's perfect and won't do that..hahah)

So here is Hannah sporting her "new" onesie that her Aunt Gemma and Uncle Kenny made for her! It's so adorable!

So here is our little beach bum!! Just laying out on the beach (well the grassy area) around the block from our house!! It's great just to take a stroll up there and be at the beach!! Yay!



We were in Richmond last week for my birthday (27!! ekkk) the 4th and just visiting family and friends! We had a great time! Remi was away so he sent me my favorite...Edible Arragments and my brother got to delivery it to me!!! He works there while he's in school and saw our address and was like "aww Remi must have sent Ashley this" :) Love ya!



I also got flowers!!!! They were AMAZING! Very different...I like that!!! And of course gifts and a ICECREAM CAKE!!! Yummy!!



Then we packed up and headed to my grandparents house at the lake and Hannah got so worn out from all her walks with her GREAT Nana and Papa that she fell asleep on my papa! I don't know who enjoyed the snooze more!!
