8-14 Smiths Visit

No we didn't visit ourselves, the In laws came to visit us, Tessa pulls up, uses walker ALL very eventful! And took the girls to church looking super cute in their smock dresses! :)

Family time

 We have been on busy having guest or on the go pretty much for a month! So of course this blog post was from Aug 5! First off HAPPY BIRTHDAY LITTLE BRO! My brother Jason turned 24! He's the best and is all grown up!!  He has his bought a house with his girlfriend, has 2 dogs, going to school and working! They visit but not enough!

We had my grandma (aka Meme), Aunt and cousin Brandon visit us! It was a great weekend! We hung around the house, went to the pool, napped, had dinner out on the beach! Took walk and just enjoyed each others company!

Tessa's 10 months??? whoa.

 Sisterly love! Hannah gets in her face, takes her toys and since Tessa can't talk she says back off by pulling her hair......ha!

 So Tessa is 10 months old, no doctor visit this month so no shots! Yay! She is 27 inches long and just over 17 pounds! She is becoming my chunky monkey! I love it!

 She eats ANYTHING and everything! I mean she sits in the seat for 30 plus minutes! Chowing down and guzzling her water! Fruit is her favorite! Crackers, graham crackers are her new favorite, goldfish, puffs, cheerios, the list goes on and on! Loves meats, cheese, yogurt...........

Shes cruising around, pulling up on things, pushing toys across the floor, chewing on anything and everything, she has 7 (SEVEN) teeth! So some rough nights, weeks, but it all goes too quick to really complain! I think Hannah had 1 (ONE) at this point! Funny how different the kids can be!

Hannah is a great big sister still! Shes usually so sweet with Tessa! Giving her kisses, hugs, making sure shes happy and had her toys! If Tessa cries she says "her hungry, her needs milk, snacks" Its great! Mommy's little helper! 

I love how happy they make each other and how they light up when they are snuggling, wrestling, kissing, and just see each other! Its precious!

Wye River

 On Friday a bunch of us got together and went out on the water! A friend's husband is the "River Keeper" so his boat was big and about 10 of us went :) It was good times! A good mix of people some we see all the time and some we don't see enough! As always we had food and drinks!

It was the PERFECT night, a full moon, calm still waters, no boys (well the driver was a boy, someones husband but he kept quiet!) , no kids, it was so peaceful!

Beautiful!

I think we all needed this evening.

Remi was running late from work so I wasn't sure if I was going to make it but he said I was going and he made it home in time! Hes my man! :)

Busy bodies

 The other day while it was stiffing HOT and smelling like smoke outside due to all the swamp (?) fires (I'm not sure how something that grows on the water in catch on fire but that's neither here nor there) me and my friend Carolyn went to busy bodies with the girls! It was fun to be inside and have the kids run around!

Pool days

So we haven't been up too much around here just LOTS of visitors, more visitors then more! :) Its been great but crazy busy around here! I just love this picture of the girls coordinating and  both actually looking at the camera for once!! I fixed up the photo actually corrected the red eyes and cropped it and it looks pretty fab in the house!

Carnival!

The carnival came this week to our town and it was a blast! We went twice! This trip was our first on Wednesday with Grandma and GeeGee! Then daddy met us up there after work! Hannah was at a perfect age and was able to ride a lot of things!

Here's the diva walking around checking everything out.

Weeee!!!!!! Swinging with the grandparents!!!!! Hannah got so much attention from them! She was lovely every minute of it!

She spotted the roller coaster and wouldn't stop talking about it so she went on it, seemed to be fine then said it had too many hills she no like. haha :)

So off to the choo choo she went! That was more her cup of tea.

I LOVE where we live, its a semi small town and we always run into people we know. Here's Hannah and her friend Skye being silly before heading off to dinosaur mountain!

Daddy made it!!!!!!! All dressed up still but going down the slides with his girl!

Of course Tessa was there with us! She just sat in the stroller and look at everything, she was so good! Then we cooled off with an icee and Tessa LOVED it! Bet it felt good on those puffy gums.
